HONDA CBR 1000 RR R FIREBLADE SP [2004-2023] - Windshield

The Puig windshield, specially developed for sporty motorcycles, is the result of many years of experience in the motorsport industry. In collaboration with leading teams from MotoGP, such as Repsol Honda Team, and WorldSBK, such as Kawasaki Racing Team, this high-performance disc has been developed to meet the demands of demanding riders.

The R-Racer windshield is characterized by its aerodynamic efficiency, which goes beyond the standard models. It was tested in a virtual wind tunnel to improve the aerodynamic coefficient (Cx). Thanks to its increased height, it redirects the wind over the helmet and shoulders of the rider, significantly increasing riding comfort and improving driving performance.

Manufactured in Barcelona using the most advanced technologies, this windshield is made of high-impact acrylic with a thickness of 3mm. Not only is it robust and durable, it is also lightweight and has rounded edges of 2mm, which meet the strict safety requirements of the German TÜV. An artificial vision system monitors every step of production to ensure that every disc reaches the customer in perfect condition.

Mounting the Puig windshield does not require any additional parts such as fairings. Each screen also comes with a detailed aerodynamic study that highlights performance improvements as well as increased protection for the rider.
