AXP Xtrem Skid Plate for the Rieju MR 250

The AXP Xtrem Skid Plate with linkage protection protects the lower area of the Rieju MR 250. The component combines engine protection and connecting rod protection in a version made of 8 mm thick HDPE. The high-density plastic offers a lightweight alternative to comparable protection made of aluminum.

Function and protection areas

The reinforced weld seams particularly protect the lower frame, the water pump, various engine housings and the connecting rod. HDPE is insensitive to deformation and dampens impact sound. In addition, the engine protection does not generate any vibrations.
