MALOSSI multiple shaft set for Vespa PX E GS 200

The MALOSSI multiple shaft set with flexible connections was developed according to a Malossi design and revised compared to the original version. The gears are offset in the direction of the axis of rotation. This creates an even thickness of the spring mount while also centering the wheels.

Structure and function

• The newly developed springs are held by a clamp screwed to the axle.
• The anti-lock springs have a square cross section and are shot peened for high fatigue resistance.
• A laser-cut spring locking plate features reinforcement on the clutch wheel. It prevents axial displacements in the event of a break in the transmission system.
• The shape of the gears in the area of ​​the anti-locking device differs from the original due to construction.

• Number of teeth: Z 12-13-17-20
• Can be used with Malossi gears and/or original gears
• Changed gear ratio by extending 4th gear

The set is intended for the Vespa PX E GS 200, built in 1998. The vehicle version corresponds to the Vespa PX E 200 2T of the 2nd series, model year 1998.
