The MALOSSI aluminum cylinder with 63 mm bore and 14 mm piston pin is intended for the Piaggio Liberty 150 IE iGet 3 V E4 from the entire 2019-2020 model year range. The 4-stroke component has a stroke of 58.6 mm, a displacement of 182.67 cm³ and a compression ratio of 11.15:1.

Pistons and piston rings

The ultra-compact three-ring piston is made of a special aluminum alloy with high silicon content, low thermal expansion and tin coating on the sliding surfaces. It is weight-reduced and reinforced. The piston rings include a nitrided and chrome-plated I-ring, a special cast ring and a three-part wiper ring made of special chrome-plated steel alloy.
