The MALOSSI aluminum cylinder ø 63 with pin ø 14 is designed as a 4-stroke cylinder for the VESPA PRIMAVERA 125 3 V in the 2020-2023 model year range. With a bore of 63 mm, a stroke of 58.6 mm and a displacement of 182.67 cm³, it forms the basis for the engine structure described.

The ultra-compact three-ring piston is made of a special aluminum alloy with a high silicon content and low thermal expansion. The sliding surfaces have a tin coating. The weight-reduced and reinforced component has optimized heat exchange surfaces.

The ring set includes an I-ring made of nitrided and chrome-plated steel, a special cast ring and a three-part wiper ring made of special chrome-plated steel alloy. Installation is intended exclusively with the Force Master 2.1 control unit.
