KAWASAKI ZX [2004-2011] - Radial brake cylinder

The Brembo HPK 19 RCS radial brake cylinder is specially designed for street motorcycles and allows maximum readiness and perfectly modulated braking under all conditions of use. The excellent linearity between the force exerted on the lever and the braking reaction characterizes this high-quality replacement part.

Thanks to Brembo's patented RCS system, the distance of the lever can be adjusted centrally, allowing ideal coordination between rider and motorcycle. With a simple screwdriver, the braking system can be adjusted within a few seconds to be either more aggressive and reactive (20 mm) or softer and more modulated (18 mm).

The radial brake cylinder uses a 19mm diameter piston and a long folding lever (LL), which is particularly popular with racing drivers and track enthusiasts. Brembo only uses the most modern processes to guarantee excellent functionality and performance. The main body of the aluminum alloy brake cylinder is manufactured by forging and then processed by numerically controlled equipment.

Oxidation, commonly used in MotoGP and Superbike, was chosen for surface finishing to ensure lasting quality and performance.
