The BREMBO Hypure left brake caliper is designed as a front, radial brake caliper for the KTM 990 RC R from 2025. Its asymmetrical design combines a 10% weight reduction compared to reference calipers in its class with unchanged rigidity. This supports an agile component and precise handling.

Function and construction

The patented spring/pad/pin system uses a specially developed contact surface between saddle and pad. This minimizes the residual torque. The advanced heat transfer capability is designed for consistent braking performance. The Hypure works as a monobloc caliper for dual disc applications.
