The MALOSSI cylinder kit gray cast iron Ø 63 is designed for the Lml Star 125 2 T built between 2013 and 2017. With a bore of 63 mm and 178 cm3 displacement, the kit offers a revised design of the cylinder, piston and head components.

Function and construction

The revised transfer channels specifically direct the inlet flow and support uniform flushing. The outlet has also been tailored to the gas flow towards the exhaust with a newly designed profile. The two-ring piston with a diameter of 63 mm is tailored to the operating conditions in the cylinder and supports uniform guidance and permanent sealing.

The cylinder head has a hemispherical combustion chamber design and a centrally located, inclined spark plug position. Redesigned cooling fins increase the surface area exposed to air. Two centering bushings support the precise connection of cylinder and head; The sealing takes place via an O-ring.
