The cylinder kit is designed for the Lml Star 150 2 T from 2013-2017. The bore of 63 mm results in a displacement of 178 cm3. Redesigned fluid dynamics with profiled transfer channels align the gas flow in the inlet and support uniform combustion and efficient scavenging.

The two-ring piston has a profile tailored to high operating temperatures. The design supports uniform guidance in the liner and reduces the rotational movement around the piston pin axis. Cylinder head and flow guidance

The cylinder head features coiled cooling fins that provide a larger surface area for airflow. The ribs extend into the space between the head and the cylinder and promote air movement there. Inside, the head is hemispherical; The inclined, yet central position of the spark plug complements the design. Two centering bushings support the coupling of the head and cylinder, which are separated by an O-ring.
