Dry lubrication without oily residue

Motorex Spray with PTFE serves as a lubricant and release agent. It forms a very thin PTFE layer and leaves no oily residue.

Properties and applications

• PTFE particle size of 5 μm
• Prevents parts from sticking together in moulds or machine-tool structures
• Very high chemical resistance
• Wide temperature range up to +265 °C
• Suitable for hygienic dry lubrication
• Suitable for use on slide rails and guide rails, conveyor belts, conveyor rollers and carriages, window mechanisms and roller shutter systems
• Suitable for the permanent lubrication of shafts in plastic bearings
• An option for applications where mineral oils or silicones are undesirable
