Dry Lubrication with a Fine PTFE Layer

Motorex PTFE Spray serves as a lubricant and release agent without leaving oily residues. Its extremely thin PTFE layer with a particle size of 5 μm prevents parts from sticking together in molds or machine-tool structures.

Applications

The spray is suitable for applications including slide and guide rails, conveyor belts, transport rollers and carriages, window mechanisms, roller shutter systems and the permanent lubrication of shafts in plastic bearings. It can also be used where mineral oils or silicones are undesirable for the application or a subsequent processing step.

Directions for Use

Shake the can well before use until the mixing ball moves freely. The images may show an earlier product version.
