Comprehensive care kit for canvas, leather and split leather

This maintenance kit combines coordinated products for cleaning, conditioning and waterproofing accessories, bags and jackets made from canvas, smooth leather or split leather. The product used depends on the specific material and the area to be treated.

Waterproofing and wax treatment

• The waterproofing spray is suitable for regularly treating leather, canvas and split leather.
• It can be applied to damp or dry material.
• After cleaning with warm, clear water, shake the bottle and spray evenly from a distance of 10 to 15 cm.
• Wiping afterward with a clean, damp cloth improves distribution and reduces waste.
• Allow to dry for 12 hours for optimum results.
• The solid wax is used to reseal frequently used accessories, bags or jackets. The manufacturer recommends treatment at least once a year.

Applying the solid wax

1. Remove dirt and sand.
2. Clean the material with a sponge and cold water. Do not use soap or detergents.
3. Warm the item in a warm room, in the sun or near a heat source.
4. Apply the wax sparingly with a soft cloth or sponge, paying particular attention to seams and creases.
5. Rub in thoroughly and avoid excess wax.
6. For an even finish, carefully warm the waxed surface with a hair dryer.
7. Hang the treated item in a warm place overnight.

Do not machine wash, dry clean, iron or tumble dry.

Special care and cleaning

• Black or brown color cream for covering scratches and scuffs on smooth leather; do not use on split leather
• Color cream in a 50-ml tube: apply to the cleaned area, massage in with a sponge, allow to dry for 15 minutes and polish with a soft cloth
• Soft brush with a wooden handle for even, scratch-free cleaning
• Brush with brass bristles and a wooden handle for cleaning and caring for split leather
• Para rubber disc for removing glue and sticky residue from leather or split leather; apply with light pressure and then clean with a soft cloth
• Dimensions of the para rubber disc: 100 × 60 mm, thickness 8 mm
