Dry lubrication without oily residue

Motorex PTFE Spray acts as a lubricant and release agent without leaving any oily residue. A very thin PTFE layer with a particle size of 5 μm prevents parts from sticking together in molds or machine-tool structures.

• Very broad chemical resistance
• Temperature range up to +265 °C
• Suitable for sliding and guide rails, conveyor belts, transport rollers, and transport carriages
• Suitable for use on window mechanisms, roller blinds, and roller shutter systems
• Suitable for the permanent lubrication of shafts in plastic bearings
• An alternative for applications or further processing steps where mineral oils or silicones are undesirable

Application Instructions

Shake the container thoroughly before use until the mixing ball moves freely.
