Malossi develops the Power Cam camshafts using the CAD-CAM system. Production is carried out using precision machines; the control is carried out using measuring instruments with a precision of one tenth of a micron. This means that the camshaft is designed to be precise for its intended use.

The design supports brisk movement in city traffic as well as longer routes at high touring speeds. According to the series design, the camshaft can contribute to increasing torque as well as improved acceleration and climbing ability.
