AXP Front A-Arm Protection for Polaris RZR XP 1000

The AXP Front A-Arm Guard protects the front A-arms of the Polaris RZR XP 1000 in model year 2024. The protectors are adapted to the profile of the A-arms and are used in pairs so that both sides of the front end are covered.

Protection for wishbones, pipes and bellows

The protective components are made from solid material and consist of a 20 mm thick plate. A central recess helps distribute the protection and prevents mud and stones from accumulating inside. In the front area, a vertical plate made of 6 mm HDPE protects the pipes and bellows from splashes.

Properties of HDPE protection

• The plastic is 30% lighter than a corresponding aluminum component.
• The material does not absorb shocks and returns to its original shape after an impact.
• The design does not generate vibrations and reduces the noise of splashes.
• The symmetrical protectors are sold in pairs.

Vehicle assignment and assembly

The front A-arm protection is intended for the Polaris RZR XP 1000, model year 2024. The assembly takes place on the original chassis without modifications. This makes the protection suitable for supplementing the front chassis without having to make any changes to the original chassis.
