Sporty Z-Racing screen for the SUZUKI GSX-R 250

The PUIG Z-Racing lens combines a striking racing look with specifically developed aerodynamic protection. Their double height and the side air channels influence the airstream where it particularly hits the rider, helmet and upper body.

Developed in the virtual wind tunnel

PUIG tested the Z-Racing screen in the virtual wind tunnel and designed it to be more aerodynamically efficient than the original screen. The double height deflects air that would otherwise hit the helmet and the upper part of the torso. Side channels absorb the airflow and direct it outwards to reduce air pressure in the shoulder area.

Compared to the original model, the average improvement in aerodynamic protection when the torso is upright is 12.7%. In racing position the improvement determined is 61%.

Dimensions and construction

• Dimensions: 365 × 300mm
• 45mm higher than the original disc
• 3mm thick high impact acrylic
• Rounded 2mm edge in accordance with German TÜV safety testing
• Developed and manufactured in Barcelona

Three versions for the desired look

The Z-Racing screen is in Carbon look, heavily toned and Black available. This means you can choose the sporty lines to match the desired appearance of the GSX-R 250.
