MALOSSI multiple shaft set for Vespa PX 150

The MALOSSI multiple shaft set with flexible connections was developed according to a Malossi design and completely revised compared to the original version. The construction is designed for use with Malossi gears and/or original gears.

Construction and function

The gears are offset in the axial direction and are therefore arranged so that the spring holder has a uniform thickness. In addition, the wheels were better centered compared to the drive wheels. The newly developed springs of the anti-lock device have a square cross-section and are shot-peened to increase fatigue resistance. A clamp screwed to the axle holds the springs.

The laser-cut spring locking plate has reinforcement on the clutch wheel. It is designed to prevent axial displacement in the event of a break in the transmission system. The shape of the gear differs from the original version in the area of ​​the anti-lock device.
