The Akrapovic Racing Line (Carbon) exhaust system for the 2021 to 2025 Yamaha MT-09/FZ-09 is a high-quality choice for motorcycle enthusiasts who value performance and aesthetics. This exhaust system features a combination of a lightweight carbon fiber muffler and stainless steel connecting pipes and headers, topped off with a titanium end cap. The result is a system that is 2.6 kg (36.5%) lighter than standard equipment.

The new design offers a shorter silencer for an improved sporty look, which exits from the side of the motorcycle for visual highlights. Performance is increased by 3.3 kW (4.5 hp) at 9,600 rpm compared to a standard exhaust system. The sporty sound harmonizes perfectly with the engine and is specially designed for use on race tracks and closed competition courses.

The exhaust system is compatible with Yamaha hard cases and center stand accessories. Installing the Racing Line (Carbon) exhaust system will cause the check engine light to illuminate, so reprogramming the ECU is essential. The necessary mounting kit P-HF1596, including silencer clamp, bracket and mounting material, must be ordered separately.
