The VERTEX Top End Piston Kit is designed to renew the upper engine area. It bundles the components intended for this work area and thereby supports a structured engine overhaul with coordinated parts.

Function and scope of delivery

The kit is used to replace the piston and associated components in the upper engine area. Included are:

• Piston
• Piston rings
• Piston pin
• safety clips
• Top end gasket kit
• Needle bearings for two-stroke applications

Four-stroke kits also include a timing chain. The compilation makes it easier to select the components required for the overhaul of the top end.
