Tankring BASIC for BMW F 900 XR from 2025 to 2026

The model-specific BASIC tank ring serves as the mount for a suitable Hepco & Becker tank bag on the 2025–2026 BMW F 900 XR.

Supplied as a complete unit

The product includes both the black tank ring and the corresponding retaining plate for the tank bag. This is fitted to the tank bag according to the tank contour and steering lock. The BASIC fastening unit is therefore already included; only a suitable tank bag is additionally required.

Purely mechanical operation

When fitted, the tank bag clicks audibly into the ring. The strap at the front of the tank bag unlocks the mechanism for removal. Access to the fuel cap remains clear with the ring installed.

• Recommended tank-bag load: around 3 kg

• No ABE approval or registration required when installed as intended

Use the correct fastening system

This ring works only with a BASIC retaining plate. Components from the Lock-it system are not interchangeable. BMW requirements and model-specific product information also apply.
